Birth is not a one size fits all.
All of my packages include prenatal, labor & delivery, and postpartum care.
Appointments include in-person or virtual discussions about any anxiety or concerns surrounding your upcoming birth,
what you’re excited about, hospital bag check, options for labor and delivery, nourishment, newborn care education, lactation, and so much more.
I offer full labor and delivery support and care, and I am there for you every step of the way!
I want you to feel confident and empowered during your experience, and that comes with the knowledge and understanding that the only thing predictable about birth is how unpredictable it is! Let’s make sure we are ready for anything and everything!
Postpartum visits include sessions where we can debrief the birthing process, work on lactation, build nourishment for you, unpack and organize baby things and hospital things, transition from hospital to home for the first time and more! Want a shower or a nap to feel more like yourself? I’ll sit with your baby and allow you to rest and recover. Anything you need, I am here to support you.
